Yesterday the Deputy Director of the North American department of the Russian Foreign Ministry, Sergei Koshelev, announced that any vehicle carrying armaments across the (Polish) frontier into Ukraine would be considered a legitimate military target.
Clearly there has been some difference of opinion on this matter hitherto between the Ministry and the Ministry of Defence, as the commentary on the report in Voennoe obozrenie from many military readers indicates.
